The Metal Vent Tech (MVT) collection is developed through a seamless knitting construction, which results in less seams to avoid chafing during your workouts. Using engineered mesh construction for extra breathability, the MVT is a well-loved product with a passionate fan base.

The MVT is a legacy product that has been in stores since 2009. I had the opportunity to redevelop this product multiple times during my tenure at Lululemon. By partnering with our design & merchandising team and liaising with overseas vendors, I was able to help improve the fit and overall construction of the MVT collection.

The Metal Vent Tech generates $90+ million in sales annually, and is a core product in the Lululemon Men’s portfolio.

The Metal Vent Tech franchise includes the Metal Vent Tech Short Sleeve, Metal Vent Tech Long Sleeve, Metal Vent Tech Sleeveless Tank, Metal Vent Tech Polo and the Metal Vent Tech Half Zip. All of which I had the opportunity to develop and bring to the market.
